This is such a colorful + unique place ! Where early in the morning + away from the Grand Canal, there are so many streets we could wander almost alone. That is where/when, we took the pix above.

Some Sites of Paris

We have been doing our own Paris city tour...lots of walking or using the "fun" Metro to get to the sites.
The Pantheon was an awesome place!
It was built 1774-90, but looks like it was just finished.
We walked up to the Sacre'-Coeur...tis the place for a panoramic view of Paris !!
Our walk about of Montmarte / Bohemian area took us by the Moulin Rouge.
This afternoon we toured Musee Jacquemart Andre, an 18th c. mansion.
'Cuz we were kinda curious as to how some homeowners lived during that period. These folks lived well.....
Suppose Jim is pondering on a remodel for us??

The Louvre

This is such a busy place.....
Everyone wants to see Mona. She was waiting for us.
And... so was Venus !
Winged Victory
The inner courts are a pleasant respite in this huge site.
