Exciting to see the transformation (effort!) that has occurred in this city.
Above is a 1991 picture of the hill side behind church/right side.
Note: the arch on right side = was a rear entrance to the church building.

Locate that same arch in picture center. Since discovery of a Roman amphi theatre in 1991, they have undertaken a huge recovery of that ancient site. They have also built a brand new amphi theatre just above/beside it.

We were docked in their small harbor near the city promenade.
Note: the silver sailboat, under construction, on the right....it is a special order for over 150 million dollar$. A real WOW !
